From annual events like Trailblazers to monthly socials at local venues, Endeavor seeks to connect, inspire and engage young professionals through networking, learning and serving the community. Here is a closer look at Endeavor events that inspire young professionals to engage with one another and develop professionally.
Educational Programs
Endeavor hosts educational programs featuring speakers on topics such as professional development, business growth, community development and so much more. Network with other young professionals and dive into new topics and opportunities.
Socials
While connections can be made at any Endeavor event, socials are a great way to kick back, relax and network with like-minded individuals. Socials can span from paddleboarding on the Chain of Lakes to enjoying a refreshing beverage at a local venue. Through networking socials young professionals are given the opportunity to get to know one another professionally and personally.
Trailblazers
Endeavor's Annual Trailblazers round table event offers a unique opportunity to sit face-to-face with established professionals and community leaders. These local Trailblazers discuss their careers, habits, hardships, and accomplishments followed by questions from attendees in small group settings. Registration includes food and beverages.
Take part in Endeavor's Annual team-building/ adult field day. Teams of 4-6 people representing a business or organization compete in numerous challenges varying from mental challenges to physical activities and games.
